CoolBlue Installation Instructions

Place the 'collection-pato' directory in the
<uclient_install_dir>/share/forge/media/media-2d directory.  Use the
resources.ini file to replace your current resources.ini.  In linux
systems resources.ini is usually in your home directory and in win32
environments its located in <acorn_install_dir>/share/uclient.

As always I'm open to suggestions and comments about this theme.
